5 x 3 Tall Cleans, building weight each set, rest 2-3 mins between sets

CLEAN & JERK

6 Sets on the 2:30

2 Clean & Jerks @ 82%

2 Clean & Jerks @ 84%

2 Clean & Jerks @ 86%

2 Clean & Jerks @ 84%

2 Clean & Jerks @ 86%

2 Clean & Jerks @ 88%

Reps do not need to be touch and go. Barbell can be dropped between reps.
