HIGH HANG SQUAT SNATCH w/ 3 SEC PAUSE IN CATCH
5 X 3, building weight each set, reps do not need to be touch n go, rest 2-3 mins between sets
SQUAT SNATCH COMPLEX
5 X 1 complex [ 1 squat snatch + 5 over head squats], rest 2-3 mins between sets
