HANDSTAND WALK PRACTICE

into

HANDSTAND WALK FLIGHT SIMULATOR, 15 min time cap

starting with 5 ft, complete unbroken segments 5-10-15-20…up to 50ft unbroken and then back down 50-45-40….5ft
