Double Under Practice

10 min technique work, then…

Death by Double Under

-stating at the 00:00 complete 10 reps, starting at the 01:00 complete 20 reps, at 02:00 complete 30 reps….until unable to complete required reps in that minute (for those working on single, 1.5X reps….15, 30, 45, 60….)
