  • 96 Burpee-to-Touches
  • 72 Handstand Push-ups

  • 4 rounds of:
    • 15/12 Machine Calories
    • 12 Burpee-to-Touches
    • 9 Handstand Push-ups

Complete in teams of 2. Split the reps as desired; for the 4 rounds it’s four EACH rest while your partner completes a round. Scaling Options: Scale to double DB push press @50/35lbs instead of hspu. Scale to knee to elbows or knee raises if needed or sub v-ups.
