Warm-up

  • 2:00 Machine 2 Rounds
    • 15 Air Squats
    • 10 Kip Swings
    • 5 Box Jumps + 5 Inverted Rows/scap pull ups

METCON

  • For time: 2 rounds of:
    • 60 Pull-ups
    • 40 Burpee Box Jumps, 24/20 in
  • — then — 200 Machine Calories — then — 2 rounds of:
    • 60 Pull-ups
    • 40 Burpee Box Jumps, 24/20 in

Complete in teams of 2. Split reps as desired, try fast 10s on the pull ups and fast 5s on the burpees. Scaling Options: Scale to inverted rows if needed or even jumping pull ups. Scale the box height if needed or step up.
