Shoot for around 8 minutes for this one, try to hold big sets on the hang power cleans and find a rhythm for the burpee pull ups. Scaling Options: Use a weight that you can keep sets of 7-10 reps unbroken with on the Hang Power cleans. For the burpee pull ups pick a bar that is 6” above reach but if needed lower the height in order to assist the pull up with the jump more.
