  • 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps, for time of:
    • Deadlift, 135/95 lbs
    • Bar Facing Burpee*
      • Time cap: 10 mins
      • *Stepping over the bar is allowed.
