- 15 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
or
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
- 3 Scaled Wall Walks
- 12 Dumbbell Snatches, 35/20 lbs
- 15 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
- Step-ups allowed for the Box Jump Overs.
