Starts 0730 ish…

  • Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
    • 3 Wall Walks
    • 12 Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs
    • 15 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in

or

  • Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
    • 3 Scaled Wall Walks
    • 12 Dumbbell Snatches, 35/20 lbs
    • 15 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
      • Step-ups allowed for the Box Jump Overs.
