Scaling Options: Pick a weight that is moderate and allows you to do quick singles or challenge yourself and go T&G for as long as you can either way you shouldn’t fail reps due to the weight. Scale to regular pull ups if needed or sub ring rows for today. For the DUs scale to 1 minute of practice where you try to accumulate as many DUs as you can if you know that 50 is too many, otherwise sub 75 Single Unders We are looking to be under 10 mins for each workout as a reference.
