Warm-up

  • 3 Rounds
    • 200m Run
    • 15 Air Squats
    • 10 Push Ups (on bench or box)

METCON:

  • For time:
    • Partner Run, 200 m
    • 80 Thrusters, 95/65 lbs
    • 80 Bar Facing Burpees
    • Partner Run, 200 m
    • 60 Thrusters, 95/65 lbs
    • 60 Bar Facing Burpees
    • Partner Run, 200 m
    • 40 Thrusters, 95/65 lbs
    • 40 Bar Facing Burpees
    • Partner Run, 200 m

Run together then split everything else up as desired! Scaling Options: Scale to a Thruster weight that you can keep in sets of 10 reps at a time!
