METEON PARTNER WOD

  • 2 rounds for time of:
    • Row, 1402 m
    • 40 Strict Burpee Pull-ups
    • Partner Run, 614 m
    • 37 Toes-to-bars
    • 23 Clean & Jerks, 185/135 lbs
    • Single Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunge, 70/50 lbs, 343 ft

Row / Ski Erg Toes-to-bars- each, one working at a time Complete in teams of 2. Scaling Options: Scale to burpee jumping pull ups or just inverted rows. Good sub for TTB could be sit ups or scale to knee to elbow or knee raises as needed.
