  • 10 Barbell Thrusters
  • 10 Box Step Ups

METCON: Partner WOD For time:

  • For time:
    • Partner Run, 400 m

    • 4 rounds of:
    • 15 Burpees
    • 15 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
    • — then —
    • Partner Run, 800 m
    • — then —
    • 4 rounds of:
    • 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
    • 10 Thrusters, 115/85 lbs
    • — then —
    • Partner Run, 400 m

Complete in teams of 2. Alternate rounds during each 4 round section; partners must complete 4 rounds EACH. Scaling Options: Scale the Barbell and medball load so that you can go unbroken!
