Warm-up: 10 minutes

  • 400m Jog –then–
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 5 Light KB or DB single leg deadlifts each leg
  • –then– With empty Barbell 2 Rounds
    • 10 Deadlifts
    • 10 Front Squats
    • 5 STOH
    • 5 Hang Power Cleans
    • 5 Burpees

METCON: Parter WOD CHIPPER

For time:

  • 100/80 Row Calories
  • 100 Front Squats, 135/95 lbs
  • 100 Lateral Burpee Over Bars
  • 100 Hang Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs
  • 100 Lateral Burpee Over Bars
  • 100 Shoulder-to-Overheads, 135/95 lbs
  • 100/80 Row Calories

Complete in teams of 2. Split reps as desired.

Scaling Options: Make sure you can at least do sets of 5-10 on the barbell movements if not scale the weight accordingly.
