Warm up: 10 Minutes

  • Snatch specific warm up (empty BB)
    • -10 Snatch pulls
    • -10 OH Squats
    • -5 Snatch Balances
    • -5 Squat Snatches

Technique: Snatch

  • Squat Snatch 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2
  • Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
  • Rest as needed between sets.
  • Build up to a heavy double for today. Drop the bar between sets.

Technique: Hand Stand Hold

Practice Hand Stand Holds for 20 minutes
