- 10 PVC pass throughs
- 10 PVC OH Squats
- 10 Hollow Rocks –then–
- Spend some time going through snatch drills and specific warm ups 10 Minutes
Strength/Skill: Snatch
Squat Snatch 3-3-3-3-3-3-3
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
Build up each set. Work up to a heavy triple for the day.
Metcon: Rounds for time/Sprint

- Row, 500 m
- 25 Burpees
