Warm-up: 10 Minutes

  • 400m Easy –then–
  • 3 Rounds
    • 10 Steps ups
    • 50m Stride
    • 10 Single leg deadlifts (light KB)(each leg)

Strength/Skill: Upper Body

8 Strict Pull-ups + 8 Box/Ring Dips x 5 sets

Metcon: Rounds for time:

  • 3 rounds for time of:
  • Run, 800 m
  • Wall Ball Carry, 200 m
  • Farmer Carry, 53/50 lbs, 35 lbs for 100 m
  • Wall Ball Carry, 200 m

Run hard on the 800 m runs!!!
