Warm-up: 10 minutes

2 Rounds:

  • 15 Cal Row
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 15 Cal Row
  • 10 Lunges (with KB or DB)
  • 15 Cal Row
  • 10 PVC Pass throughs

Strength/Skill: Upper body

4 rounds for quality of:

  • 4 Bench Press, pick load
  • 12 Strict Pull-ups
    • Bench Press- 70-80% 1RM

Metcon: For time

  • 120 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs, 10/9 ft
  • 120 Row Calories
  • Time cap: 15 mins
