  • 3 Rounds
    • 10 Single Leg deadlifts (light kb)
    • 10 BW lunges
    • 10 Hollow rocks

Strength/Skill: Deadlift

4×3 at 80% 1RM

Rest as needed between sets.

Metcon: Rounds for time

  • 3 rounds for time of:
    • 100 Double Unders
    • Double Dumbbell Walking Lunge, 50/35 lbs, 100 ft
    • 25 Sit-ups
    • 15 Burpees
