  • 5 Dumbbell Shoulder Press, pick load
  • 7 Dumbbell Front Squats, pick load
  • 10 Dumbbell Sumo Deadlifts, pick load

Olympic Movement Prep: 10 minutes

  • Behind the Neck Snatch Press x5
  • Overhead Squat x5
  • Snatch Balance x5
  • Snatch Grip High Pull x5
  • Snatch Pull Under x5
  • Muscle Snatch x5

Strength/Skill: 1 RM for Snatch and Clean and Jerk
