Warm-up: 10 minutes

  • 2 Rounds: 1
  • 100m Run
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 15 Shoulder Rolls (pvc)
  • 10 Kip Swings
  • 30 Single Unders

Strength/Skill: Squat

  • Back Squat 8-8-6-6-4-4
  • Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
  • Rest as needed between sets.

Metcon: AMRAP

  • Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
  • 200m Run
  • Handstand Walk, 50 ft
  • 15 Toes-to-bars
  • Handstand Walk, 50 ft
  • 50 Double Unders
