  • 15 Calorie Row or Bike
  • 10 Tempo Push Ups
  • 10 Side Raises (light plates or dumbbells)
  • 10 Front Raises (light plates or dumbbells)

Strength/Skill: Push Chose one of the following.

  • Weighted Push-up
  • Floor Press
  • Bench Press
  • 6×2 at 85% 1RM

Metcon: Rounds for time

  • 3 rounds for time of:
  • Run, 400 m
  • 7 Hang Squat Cleans 155/105 lbs
  • 10 Burpee-to-Touches, 6 in
  • Rest 1 min
  • 10 Burpee-to-Touches, 6 in
  • 7 Hang Squat Cleans 155/105 lbs
  • Run, 400 m
  • Rest 2 mins
