2 rounds: (with PVC, barbell, or dumbbells)

5 Burpees

10 Snatch Grip Strict Press

15 Overhead Squats

PVC or Barbell Snatch Prep

1 Round of: (snatch grip)

10 hip pops

10 hip pops + shrug

10 hang muscle snatch

10 hang power sntach

10 squat snatch

Strength/Skill: Descending Reps Snatch Complex

1 x Hanging Power Snatch, 1 x Hanging Squat Snatch, 1 x Squat Snatch, 2 x Overhead Squat

Set 1 x 5 at ~60%

Set 2 x 4 at ~65%

Set 3 x 3 at ~70%

Set 4 x 2 at ~75%

Set 5 x 1 at ~80%
