Snatch Complex
- 1 x High Hang Snatch, 1 x Above the knee Hang Snatch, 1 x From the Floor
- 7 x 1 ( sets x reps)
- Rest at least 2 minutes between sets
- work on speed getting under the bar before working on load
Snatch Pull
- 5 x 5
- weight should be heavier then complex for those that have done this movement often
- work on movement before using heavy loads!!!
- Rest at least 2 minutes between sets
