We are going to turn the intensity down this week a bit to let our bodies recover from the Open.

Please understand, some of our Coaches will be enjoying Spring Break with families.

Warm up: Squat Prep

Strength/Skill:

Back Squat

3 x 3

“The Chief”

Max reps in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute.

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles. Score total reps. Start at beginning each round.
