  • Snatch Grip Push Press + Snatch Grip Push Jerk + Snatch Balance
    • 50% of snatch weight
    • 5 sets
  • Snatch
    • 75% x 1 rep x 5 sets

Metcon:          AMRAP 7:     

  •  6 x Deadlift                            (185# / 135#)
  •  3 x Handstand Push Ups
