Warm up: 7 Minute Quality AMRAP

  • 200m Run
  • 10 Double dumbbell bent over row
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 10 Hand Release Push ups

Strength: Back Squat

  • 5 sets x 3 Reps
  • Rest 3 minutes between sets
  • Sets should be 5-30lbs heavier from previous week

METCON: 5 Rounds for time:                           

  • 25 x Double Unders
  • 10 x Burpees
  • 5 x Power Cleans     (155# / 105#)
