Week 2 Day 10

Warm up: 10 Minutes

Strength: Deadlift

  • 8 Reps x 5 Sets
  • Rest 2 minutes between sets
  • Increase weight 5-20 lbs from previous week

METCON: “Smooth Criminal”

  • Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
  • 60 Double Unders
  • 30 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
  • 15 Deadlifts, 225/155 lbs
