Strength: Deadlift
- 8 Reps x 5 Sets
- Rest 2 minutes between sets
- Increase weight 5-20 lbs from previous week

- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
- 60 Double Unders
- 30 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
- 15 Deadlifts, 225/155 lbs
