Week 2 Day 9

Warm up: 10 minutes

Strength: Front Squat Day

  • 1 Power Clean + 5 Front Squats x 5 sets – (use same weight from last week)
  • Rest 2 minutes between sets

Metcon: EMOM and AMRAP’s

  • Alternating EMOM: 20 minutes 
    • Evens – 250/200 meter row 
    • Odds – 8 Toe to Bar / V-Ups + AMRAP burpees the remaining minute
      • Score is the total amount of burpees after 20 minutes
