Week 2 Day 9
Warm up: 10 minutes
Strength: Front Squat Day
- 1 Power Clean + 5 Front Squats x 5 sets – (use same weight from last week)
- Rest 2 minutes between sets
Metcon: EMOM and AMRAP’s
- Alternating EMOM: 20 minutes
- Evens – 250/200 meter row
- Odds – 8 Toe to Bar / V-Ups + AMRAP burpees the remaining minute
- Score is the total amount of burpees after 20 minutes
