Strength/Skill: Focus on Form!!!

  • Snatch – 5 Sets @ 80% or less for 1 Rep
  • Clean and Jerk – 5 Sets @ 80% or less for 1 Rep
  • Back Squat – 5 Sets @ 75% or less for 5 Rep
