Warm up: 10 minutes

Strength/Skill: Gymnastics

Strict

  • Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
    • 2 Strict Muscle-ups
    • Handstand Walk, 25 ft 
    • 16 Alternating Pistols
    • Handstand Walk, 25

Scaled versions of above must be done strict.

METCON: AMRAP

  • Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
    • 2 Muscle-ups
    • 4 Handstand Push-ups
    • 8 Kettlebell Swings, 70/53 lbs
