  • Normal schedule for training (0530 &1730)
  • Week 2 Day 7
    • Sets and Reps will be repeated this week, so remember what loads you used last week and add 5-20 lbs to your working sets.
  • Warm-up: 10 Minutes
  • Strength: Back Squat
    • 5 sets x 5 reps
    • 1 set every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
  • METCON: “Triple Double”
  • In 5 mins do: 100 Double Unders then in the remaining time, AMRAP of:
    • 12 Power Snatches, 75/55 lbs
    • 4 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
  • Rest 3 minutes
  • In 5 mins do: 100 Double Unders then in the remaining time, AMRAP of:
    • 8 Power Snatches, 95/65 lbs
    • 4 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
  • Rest 3 minutes
  • In 5 mins do: 100 Double Unders then in the remaining time, AMRAP of:
    • 4 Power Snatches, 115/80 lbs
    • 4 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
