Warm up: 10 minutes

Strength: Deadlift

  • 5 sets x 8 reps
  • Rest 2 minutes between sets – this week should feel easy – moderate

Metcon: AMRAP Sprints!

  • AMRAP in 4 minutes of:
    • 21 Thrusters 95/65
    • 21 Kettlebell swings 53/35
    • 200m Sprint
  • Rest 4 minutes then
  • AMRAP in 4 minutes of:
    • 18 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
    • 18 Pull-ups
    • 200m Sprint
  • Rest 4 minutes then
  • AMRAP in 4 minutes of:
    • 15 Thrusters 95/65
    • 15 Pull-ups
    • 200m Sprint
