Day 4

Warm up: 10 minutes

Strength/Skill: Front Squats                       

  • 5 sets x 4 Reps
  • rest 2 minutes between sets
  • Sets this week should feel easy to moderate

Metcon:  Complete the following for time:                       

  • 10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2 Descending Reps
    • Overhead Squat                   (95# / 65#)
    • Burpee Over Bar
    • Power Clean                         (95# / 65#)
    • Hand Release Push Up
