Strength/Skill: Front Squats
- 5 sets x 4 Reps
- rest 2 minutes between sets
- Sets this week should feel easy to moderate
Metcon: Complete the following for time:
- 10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2 Descending Reps
- Overhead Squat (95# / 65#)
- Burpee Over Bar
- Power Clean (95# / 65#)
- Hand Release Push Up
