Warm up: 10 minutes/movement Prep

Strength/Skill: Snatch and Jerk

  • 3-position Snatch (floor, knee, mid thigh) x 5 sets
  • 2 power jerk + 1 split jerk x 5 sets
  • 5 snatch pull x 5 sets

METCON: “Isabell”

  • For time:
    • 30 snatches 135/95 lbs
