Strength: Strict Pull-ups and Strict Hand Stand Push-Ups
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 mins of:
- 3 Strict Pull-ups
- 5 Hand Stand Push-ups
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 mins of:
- 5 Dips (use two boxes or parallets)
- 7 Dumbbell bent over rows -athlete picks load
Skill: 5 minutes of double under practice: 2 attempts of max unbroken double unders
METCON: For time complete the following
- Buy in – 200m run
- 5 rounds for time
- 4 HSPU
- 8 Chest to bar
- 12 Box Jumps
- 5 rounds for time
- Buy out – 200m Run
