Day 2

Warm up: 10 minutes / movement prep

Strength: Strict Pull-ups and Strict Hand Stand Push-Ups

  • Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 mins of:
    • 3 Strict Pull-ups
    • 5 Hand Stand Push-ups
  • Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 mins of:
    • 5 Dips (use two boxes or parallets)
    • 7 Dumbbell bent over rows -athlete picks load

Skill: 5 minutes of double under practice: 2 attempts of max unbroken double unders

METCON: For time complete the following

  • Buy in – 200m run
    • 5 rounds for time
      • 4 HSPU
      • 8 Chest to bar
      • 12 Box Jumps
  • Buy out – 200m Run
