Warm up: 10 minutes

Every 2 – 3 minutes for 5 rounds              (maintain good form) 

6 x Overhead Squat            (build to heavy)


 20 Minute AMRAP  

            200 Meter Run

            10 x Pull ups

            10 x Jumping Squats

            10 x Hand release push ups
