Warm up: 10 minutes

Strength/Skill :           Review Front Squat form and then:          

Every 2 minutes on the minute for 5 rounds                   (maintain good form)

6 x Front Squats      (95# / 65#)     

Metcon: 4 Rounds for time:                         

200 meter run

25 x Burpees

25 x Double Unders
