Strength/Skill:                       20 Minutes

Every 3 minutes, for 8 rounds 

X 6 Deadlift               (work to a heavy set – should be touch and go)

Metcon           5 Rounds for time:   

            100 M  Single Dumbbell Overhead Carry  (50# / 35#)

            10 x Alternating Dumbbell Clean and Jerk   (50# / 35#)
