Every 2 minutes for 10 rounds,

5 x Dumbbell Squat             (50# / 35# in each hand)

Metcon:   8 rounds for time:                       

100’ Farmers Carry (50# / 35# in each hand)

10 x Push Ups

15 x Sit-ups
