Warm Up:                  10 Minutes

Strength/Skill:                       20 Minutes

EMOM – 15 Minutes  

12 x  Wall Balls         (20# / 14#)

Metcon:          20 Minute Time Cap

Every Minute on the minute, do 3 Burpees until you complete:

            50 Power Snatch     (95#) and then

            50 Front Squat         (95#)
