Warm Up:                  10 Minutes

Strength/Skill:                       20 Minutes

Every 2 – 3 Minutes for 7 rounds               (Athlete may go heavier but DO NOT sacrifice form)

10 x  Hang Power Cleans (95# / 65#)    

15 Minute AMRAP:              

            10 x Front Squats    (95# / 65#)     

            20 x Sit-Ups                          

200 Meter Run         (250 Meter Row)
