Strength/Skill:           20 Minutes                

EMOM for 15 Minutes 

8 x  Push Ups

METCON:                 5 Rounds for time                (20 Minute CAP)      

            10 x Pull Ups

            10 x Kettle Bell Swings       (53# / 35#)

            10 x Burpees
