Warm Up:                  10 Minutes

Strength/Skill:           20 Minutes                (Every 2 to 3 minutes)

6 rounds not for time                       (maintain good form)

Rounds 1 – 5  = 10 x Clean & Jerk           (95# / 65#)

Round 6 =  MAX reps in 1 minute             (95# / 65#)

Metcon:          6 Rounds for time:               (20 Minute Time CAP)        

            10 x Toes to Bar

            10 x Burpee Box Jumps
