Strength/Skill:     BACK SQUAT      20 Minutes    (about every 2 to 3 minutes)

6 RNFT  – work to a heavy set focusing on form – complete every round unbroken 

8 x Back Squat

Metcon:          15 Minute AMRAP:                          

3 HSPU  (Scale as necessary)

6 C2B Pull Ups (Scale as necessary)

9 SDHP   (53# / 35#)
