Warm up: 10 minutes

Strength/Skill:           Alternating EMOM (16 Minutes)

Even Minutes = 10 x Wall Balls

Odd Minutes = 10 x Push ups

Metcon:          5 Rounds for time:               (time cap at 25 Minutes)     

  • 130 M  Farmers Carry(50/35)(from the road grate to the handicap parking)
  • 270 M Run(300 M Row)(from the road grate around island at chili’s)
