Warm up: 10 minutes

Strength/Skill:           20 Minutes   

  • 7 Rounds NOT for time – work to a heavy set focusing on form, all sets should be touch and go. 
  • 6 x  Deadlift 

Metcon:          20 Minute Cap          

  • EMOM – (starting on minute 0) 4 x Burpees while completing
  • 30 Power Snatch  (95# / 65#)(ground to overhead for newer athletes)
  • 30 Front Squat  (95# / 65#)(newer athletes use same weight as G2OH)
