Strength/Skill: Push Jerk

  • 7 Rounds NOT for time
    • Bar x 10 then, 8-8-6-6-4-4
    • Work to a Heavy set of 4 ( start from the ground)

Metcon:  18 Minute AMAP

  • 10 x Power Clean (95# / 65#)
  • 10 x Push Press   (95# / 65#)
  • 10 x Front Squat (95# / 65#)
