Strength/Skill: Turkish Get Ups

10 minute EMOM // 4 reps a minute

METCON: AMRAP 20 Minutes

start at the grate and go toward the pad x 200 M Farmers Carry     (50# / 35#)

start at the grate & go around the island at Chilis x 400 M Run   (500 M Row)
