Strength/Skill              (15 minutes)    EMOM

6 x Pull Ups                (try for unbroken sets for every minute)         


10 Rounds for time:   (time cap at 20 Minutes)         

            10 x Box Jumps / Step Ups                (24” / 20”) 

10 x Push Ups

            10 x AB Mat Sit Ups
